Nomad Zen xtra, no sound

Hi, I have a Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 30 gb. Yesterday, the sound
stopped working. everything else seems fine except that I don't here
any sound, anyone ever have any problem like this.

If you've tried to reset the player, and waggling the headphone plug gently
doesn't make any difference, sounds like a hardware failure unfortunately.
