Hi,

I'm trying to copy the contents of my Zen USB 2.0 to my PC, and I'm
having problems... I can use the Explorer to copy music files, but when
I try to go to the data folders, the window becomes unresponsive. I
also have Notmad software, but I can't get it to connect to the Zen
(not that it was easy before...). I've reinstalled drivers, firmware
and the Explorer, but I still can't. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Have a look in the Zen FAQ at Nomadness.net. I'm sure I wrote something on
this a while back, involving using Notmad Explorer.

Hi,

I had already seen it, I tried with another computer and it works. I
don't feel like experimenting much more (I already reinstalled
everything etc.) so I think I'll be content with this, as the whole
idea was just to retrieve all the content (the headphone jack isn't
working any more).

Thanks!

That's about the best you can do. For some reason the data system gets
screwed up, so the best you can do is retrieve it slow time, then reformat
it if you still intend to use it.

Howard: Well, technically speaking, the operation is brain damage.
