I've misplaced the instruction sheet that came with my Zen Nano Plus.
If anyone has one handy, could I ask you to research something?
1. Something off the web mentioned pressing the reset button (actually
a hole), which is supposed to be just below the rocker switch. This
unit has no hole below the rocker switch.
2. Should we be able to find said hole, what's the process for
re-booting?
I also have its smaller brother, the Zen Nano (paperwork also
misplaced) The Zen Nano Media Explorer works fine when the smaller
unit is attached, but remains grayed out and complains that the unit
is not connected when it is in fact connected. Is this software
intended to work for both units?
Thanks in advance - Mike
